Ooey gooey goodness is the only appropriate words to describe these magnificent cookies.
The mix of coco powder, chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips is incredible. I could not have these puppies hanging around my house, they just wouldn’t last…. through the night ha ha.
With that said the only person I know who doesn’t believe that these are a divine piece of heaven baked in an oven is my husband! He’s more of a basic cookie kinda guy he loves a good old fashioned chocolate chip cookies. Nothing fancy. Basic B ha ha ha

Ingredients
- 2-1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cups Coco powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Start out by preheating the oven to 350 degrees
Using a mixer cream the butter and sugar together until they are nice and fluffy, scraping the sides one time to get it all mixed together evenly.
Now add in the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla extract.
Sift together all the dry ingredients.
Then slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet little batches at a time until it’s combined.
Dump in the chocolate chips and stir together with a spoon.
Using a small scoop get about 1 Tablespoon and roll into a ball then place it on the baking sheet
Bake for 9-11 minutes.
Let them cool.
For as long as you can,
